“I think the thing that most excites me is my team. I know that’s what you’re supposed to say – but I really believe it! Our team is passionate, ridiculously qualified, and most importantly, keen to make an impact in the industry and in peoples’ lives. You couldn’t ask for a better squad.”

“I’m really looking forward to meeting clients where they’re at. I think there’s always room in an industry like this for improved client service, and it’s exciting to see how effectively our passion for quality has resulted in company growth and development. It’s also exciting to be consistently stretched and grown – I definitely think that’s where IECL, and our team, are headed.”

“I’m very detail-oriented, which is pretty standard in our team, but I’m very fast-paced, which is, of course, uncommon in a lab. That always puts a bit of a spin on how we operate – aiming for perfection and speed at the same time.”

“I’ll admit, I spent most of my life thinking of mould as harmless. It’s shocking to see the health effects linked to mould exposure, and how much misinformation there is floating around in the public regarding it.”
